My dad was a longtime user of this facility - he was an ardent youth chess coach and needed a spot to keep all of the trophies. After he passed, we started using these units to store items we wanted to keep from his estate/our childhood home. The staff members were always so kind, once even giving me a newspaper clipping about my dad from his file. They were also very helpful when I had a moving truck come to empty the units, and helped me manage that bittersweet process from across the US. I recommend this facility!

Staff is super friendly and helpful when getting you started with a storage unit. I’ve rented from them about 3-4 times over the years. I’ve always experienced the units to be clean. This storage is not climate controlled. They have increased their lighting over the years which is amazing because it used to be very dark with just a light bulb in the middle of the hall. Now they have lights that turn on as you walk. Gave it 4 stars because Online payment system sucks tremendously. You will not be able to get through the process without the site crashing. So get checks or stop in to make payments.

The doors are garbage on the units. Not easy to open or relock them because the latches are a pain to work with. The ropes are worn out and break. Avoid getting a unit to the far left because you can't get your vehicle over there because there really isn't a drive, especially if it is raining because it the water just sits there, creating a pond.
Ladies were very nice. Place is very musty, like mold. Ladies gave excuses for smell but it continued to smell musty and damp. Place to rent was sufficient.
